How does my purchase support the American Lighthouse Foundation?

100% of the proceeds from your purchase supports the lighthouse preservation mission of the American Lighthouse Foundation. Thank you for your support!


Order Confirmation

As soon as your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation and order number via e-mail. (Please check your spam folder if you do not receive this email) This is our way of letting you know that we got your order! You will receive a follow up e-mail containing your tracking number once your order has shipped.


Shipping Policy - In Stock

Shipping Time -- Most orders will ship within 5 business days, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

All orders from the American Lighthouse Foundation ship via USPS Priority Mail. We cannot however, guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. If you need faster shipping service, please contact us.


Shipping Policy - Backordered

We will ship your product as it becomes available. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Payment

Our store utilizes Stripe and PayPal for secure online payment processing. We can accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express as well as payment by check or a registered Paypal account.

Return/ Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, items purchased online at shoplighthousefoundation.org may be returned within 30 days.

To return an item(s), please follow these steps:

  1. Email: customerservice@shoplighthousefoundation.org to request an RMA #. Please indicate whether you are requesting a refund, replacement or exchange. If requesting an exchange, please make note new size.
  2. Place the item(s) in the condition in which it was received in its original packaging.
  3. Place packaged item(s) in the shipping box.
  4. Return the package to the address below:

Returns are normally processed within 48 hours of receipt. Refunds are made to the purchaser using the original method of payment. If you originally used a credit card for your purchase, your merchandise credit will appear on your card statement within 1-2 billing cycles. Shipping costs are not refundable.

If the returned items were a gift, the refund can only be credited to the purchaser.

For your protection, we recommend you insure your package for shipping. Additionally, please record any carrier tracking information to verify your returned merchandise reaches our correct return address.

Replacement / exchanges will be shipped once returned items are received. A new tracking number will be emailed once it has shipped.
